Dreams: The Key to Understanding, Clarity and Direction
When you wake, expect an answer. Pick up a pen and your dream journal and start writing anything that comes to mind, whether a song, a word or a feeling. This will get the “juices” flowing.
You may want to do a spiritual exercise or a contemplation. As with physical exercises, it takes time to build up your strength and stamina. It is the same with dreams. If you haven’t dreamed or remembered dreams, it might take time for your dreaming to start and/or to remember them.
If the answer doesn’t appear in the morning, don’t fret. Take your question and lightly place your attention on it during the day. Expect to receive the answer or some kind of guidance.
Pay attention to the everyday events happening around you. There may be something you hear, read or see that is your answer or a key. Be open – the answer may appear in an unexpected form.
More next week! Happy and productive dreaming!
